Who Am i?

Hi, I’m Angelica!


I’m a young chef from New York City, now based in Switzerland for the past year and a half. These days you can often find me in the parks of Basel, sharing my handmade cookies fresh from the oven. I opened this online shop to reach even more people and—with your support—take my little cookie business to the next level.

Cooking and baking have been my passion since childhood. At 17, I turned that passion into a profession at the 3-Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park in NYC, where I grew from Commis to Chef De Partie to Research & Development. I was even honored to have my work published in the EMP Vegan cookbook. Following my dreams, I moved to Europe, and Switzerland has been my home ever since.

I speak English, French, and Armenian, and working on my German. What started as a way to make some quick cash—selling cookies on the street—quickly became something much more meaningful. Meeting new people, hearing their stories, and sharing something I made with my own two hands every morning has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my journey.
